5. Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided the course has not started or been accessed.
If you access any part of the course materials within this period, you waive your right to cancel.
No refunds will be given once the course or workshop has begun, whether live or on-demand.

Services will not start within this period unless you explicitly request it. If training begins, you lose your right to cancel.
Course fees are payable in full once the course commences.
If paying in instalments, this is a payment plan, not a subscription. You remain liable for the full course fee.
Missed payments may result in restricted access to the members' area and Facebook community, and outstanding balances will be pursued.
